Dear Meghan,

I don't know that we could ever overstate what an enormous help and pleasure it was to have you as our 'day of' coordinator for our wedding. In the weeks leading up to, and certainly the days that followed our wedding, Rob and I would often wonder aloud to each other, "What would we have done without Meghan??"

There is no day or event more special, more personal, or more potentially stressful than your wedding day, and having you there was more than just a comfort, it was absolutely essential. It allowed us to truly enjoy ourselves and savor the day without worry or care, knowing you were attending to the details, both big and small, and doing it in a way that we would want to do it ourselves if we weren't so busy being the bride and groom. You anticipated our every need, and coordinated the day, and all the players, with aplomb. And this is all to say nothing of all the work you did in the weeks preceding the Big Day. Your help leading up to our wedding was equally as invaluable.

On a more personal note, my family also adored you. You couldn't have been more kind, calm, and helpful while also remaining unobtrusive amongst the scuttle of the day.

It is in recommending you to friends, colleagues, and anyone else I encounter who is in the thick of the wedding planning process, that I find our most sincere way of thanking you, and I do so with utter confidence. In addition, all of the other vendors we worked with told us they also found you to be extremely professional, efficient, and pleasurable to work with. I am sure they are recommending your services with the same assuredness as Rob and I are.
